JA Lake View Hotel, Dubai

Amazing facilities and we really enjoyed all the different pools around the resort. Being able to use the JA beach resort as well was a bonus! There was an extensive array of activities which we didn't manage to cover becuase we only stayed for 2days, would definitely come again and stay longer to ensure we can do more here! Breakfast was delicious with loads on offer and it was also catered well towards kids, with a kids club over at the Beach Resort area. We also loved the beach facility and the kids splash pad/mini Water park is a must visit. A must stay for families.

The hotel is spacious and comfortable, with a warm, inviting atmosphere complemented by a charming Middle Eastern soundtrack that plays throughout most of the day. The expansive dining area is particularly impressive, and during breakfast, they even have small birdcages placed indoors, adding a unique touch to the ambiance. The staff are exceptionally attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. During our stay, we encountered a minor issue in our room: a faint sewage odor from the pipes during peak shower times. However, when we raised the concern, the team promptly relocated us to a new room without hesitation—a gesture we greatly appreciated. We suspect this hiccup may be due to the hotel’s ongoing expansion work, which is still underway. Overall, the experience was excellent. The staff truly stand out for their friendliness and professionalism, and the premises are consistently clean and well-maintained. A highly comfortable and welcoming stay!

The new property is very nice. Recommend to allocate families not on the side for the adults only pool. It was a long walk for us to the family pool. Splash pad was amazing. Unfortunately to crowded and people are wearing all sort of corion dress which shouldn’t be allowed. The F&B at the pool were very limited. It was not possible to order a burger and drink at the pool. On check out day, the receptionist tried overcharging us for the late check out. That was not nice! I don’t mind paying a reasonable amount for a late check out but we were quoted a higher rate vs our room night rate. Apart from this, we had an amazing stay and would come back if we can have a burger and drink at the pool near the splash’s pad. The crows are annoying in all outdoor F&B terraces. The teams at the pools were not able to inflate a kids water toy with air. We had to go to the shops in the lobby which was little annoying. It’s brand new. Nice amenities and good facilities. Gym is outstanding. Restaurants are very good especially white orchid and sette. The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s lots for children to do.

The splash park was awesome. we enjoyed a lot. The bedroom was too comfy.
